Chunk

Chunk is a ham and loves performing for people, especially in costume.

Chunk here! When I was about 4 months old I wound up in the shelter as a Safe Humane Court Case dog. I was there for 6 long days before my mom came to meet me. She said one of the volunteers had to drag her to meet me because I had "crazy eyes." I made a great impression on her when I zoomed and rebounded off of her, ripping her gown and glove tips off in the process. Mom instantly told the rescue she would be adopting me if my older seester accepted. We got along at first but then around a year I developed some fears toward other dogs and men. Mom worked really hard on helping me through this rough time and had me evaluated as an ambassador dog when I was around 2. I am really great now but I am told I was a terror for quite a while. I love being an ambassador dog and I get to meet so many new people. I went through a certification process with my mom so she could become a professional trainer, that was fun too. I hold 3 trick dog titles and if mom would pick up the slack I could easily get the rest. I am a ham, I love performing for people, especially in costume. I love doing all the tricks because it means I get a lotta cookies but my moms says some of the crowd pleasers are tell me a secret, burrito(rolling myself up in a blanket, rollover, spins and bow. My favorite activity is jumping off the side of a pool to get my ball but cuddling with my mom is a close second.
